ORANGE PHOTO-POLYMER WATER WASH DIE PLATE

Specialty photo-polymer die plate, known for durability and ability to reproduce high quality halftones and lines. Dark green coloured polymer with a thickness of .029" (73.7microns). These photo-polymer die plate is suited for low volume printing with an open ink-tray system. Typical life can range up to 10,000 impressions.
0.03MM AND 0.05MM THIN STEEL DIE PLATE
Thin Steel Die Plate provides a high-quality image and print resolution. The die plate surface has an extremely superior and hard finish. 0.03mm is primarily used for enclosed steel and ceramic magnetic ink cup. 0.05mm is used for open ink-tray systems. Typical life can range up to 250,000 impressions per side.
